Due to the nature of Research Use Only (RUO) chemical reagents, all sales are final.
2. Returns

Refunds or returns are not accepted once products are shipped.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Any damaged or incorrect shipment must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

4. Replacement
